What is the worse symptom?

If you had to rate the very worst symptom of having crohn's disease, what would it be? Example: diarrhea, abdominal pain, joint pain, urgency, fatigue

For me, I would say urgency. That uh oh moment when I have to find a toilet right now!  Second to that, it is probably fatigue or sacroilitis.

Seconding obstruction pain here. Although I truly hate the constant fatigue - it can really wear you down emotionally too.

I was gonna be a broken record and say obstruction pain too, but that's not a daily or even monthly thing for me. I think the worst regular symptom is the abdominal discomfort (pain, pressure, bloating). It has made eating so problematic for me in recent years.

The next worse is the fatigue for sure. Hate feeling like a braindead zombie for several hours. A lot of that is connected with eating too, or, more accurately, digesting food. No wait. Maybe constipation is the next worse. It's not a regular thing but it has become more common than it used to be and I really, really don't like it...

Belly Pain is the worst. The constant fatigue is awful as well.

For me the fatigue was the worst, and the stomach pain and urgency to go Poo were a close second,Slainte

Obstruction pain and the cascade 12 hours vomitting that often follows an obstruction.

Unless I'm having an obstruction, then its definitely pain

Fatigue...no doubt!

There are meds to take for pain and obstructions don't last forever, so you just have to get through the worst of it. Fatigue just doesn't seem to end and there's nothing you can do to fix it. I need a magic energy pill!

fatigue, pain, aches and adult accidents all in that order. If i just had one at a time i could cope but i get them all ALL of the time, 31 going on 81. Oh and falling over i do that a lot. Gave myself a black eye tonight by headbutting the bath.

For me it has to be perianal abscesses then fissures at a close second. Makes BMs sooo painful..
