Calcium Issues

Has anyone ever had high levels of Calcium in there blood?  Appearently this is a very bad thing.  The most common cause Hyperparathyroidism has been ruled out.  After numerous blood tests it turns out that I have elevated 1,25 D aka Calcitrol levels in my blood.  Doctor thinks this is the cause.  High Calcitrol levels are seen in diseases which cause granulomas or lymphoma.  I thought my crohn's was in remission but maybe not.  I have been really fatigued lately so maybe this is a sign of a flare comming or I am in one without digestive issues. The thought of cancer or possibly a secondary autoimmune disease such as sarcodoisis is making me sick to my stomache.  I was supposed to be going to Hawaii for 3 weeks in April but if we can't sort out these issues looks like I will have to cancel.
