The last few hours, I have been feeling pressure like I need to go to the bathroom but I can't go. On the way home from church, I was feeling pain. What is going on?

Could be an abscess??? I had a feeling of pressure down there like a wanted to go, but kinda of felt like 100 of hemorrhoids too. I was also walking very strangely.

Could also be colonic spasms. I get spasms often and they're horrible. If it happens often, ask your GI.
