It is not possible to cure Crohn's. It is possible, however, to achieve remission, which is what your goal should be. And by all means, you should marry and be happy!
If the medicines you are currently taking are not helping you, you must go back to your DR and ask for more help. The people on this forum are quite knowledgable and can give you good information, but it will be necessary for you to tell us more of your story (how you got diagnosed, where your disease is, what your complaints are and what medicines you are taking).
I don't know much about ayurvedic medicine, but I do know that most of us use supplements and dietary means to manage our illness in addition to the western style medicine most of us take.

A strict diet seems to be the best non-drug option for Crohn's. Some people do well on the Specific Carbohydrate Diet (SCD), which is no grains, no sugar, and no dairy in a nutshell. You can eat meat, fish, eggs, spices, herbs, oils, nuts, honey and home-made yoghurt on it - and that's about it. There's also a medical diet called an elemental diet, which I'm on at the moment. That also has a good track of getting people into remission, although when you stop the diet, the Crohn's does tend to come back, unfortunately.
I wouldn't give up your western medicines entirely though. Yeah, they don't work all of the time for everybody, but they are still the most proven and effective treatment for Crohn's. If one drug doesn't work, tell your doctor and try another.
I wouldn't know the first thing about ayurvedic medicine I'm afraid. Again, like diet, I would take it as a supplement to western medicine and not in place of...

I've failed steroids, Asacol & Remicade & Humira has helped me a lot! Everyone responds differently to medications. It's taken years to find the right meds for me. It's taken months for this medicine to work but it's starting to!
Btw, there is no cure. If there was a cure we wouldn't be here right now. We'd be off living our life not worrying about this disease.
