There is no "Crohn's diet", no one diet works for all. Crohn's is a very individualistic disease, what food does a number on me may be a blessing to you.
Be sure to chew whatever you eat THUROUGHLY. Raw vegetables can be a real problem for many. Many have problems w/dairy products and many have problems w/gluten. But many can tolerate or do well on any or all of the above. You have to find out for yourself what does and doesn't "work" for you.
Fruit skin such as on grapes and apples can be a problem w/strictures. Tomato seeds and grape seeds as well. Popcorn is usually not a good idea.
The best advice I was given about a diet for my Crohn's was given to me at Mayo Clinic after my resection. That advice was to eat anything I wanted to. My gut would tell me what it did and didn't like.
