Anyone take Evista (for osteopenia)?

I picked up my Rx, and there was a black box warning - for the risk of blood clots, stroke and death. Lovely! Add that to my increased risk of cancer from Azathioprine. Blood clots, stroke, pulmonary embolism..... that's before we even get to the Crohn's. I haven't been able to bring myself to take the Evista yet. The risk of a broken bone doesn't seem as bad to me as death from a blood clots. Anyone taking Evista for postmenopausal osteoporosis (thank you steroids)?
