ugh... this hurts more than usual

Hi people

I have had crohns for quite a few years now, and have had some recent flare ups that ended with the doctors putting me on prednisone along with my usual pentasa.

Today i had a bowel movement that was a very light color. It honestly didn't even look like poop to me (im sorry about the grossness). It looked like a part of my intestine or something that came out. I flushed the toilet in a fit of panic lol so I can't really look at it anymore.

I didn't eat anything else tonight because i felt like poo so i have not had any other bowel movements.

But my real issue here is that now i am having a kind of jolting pain that is a bit different than my usual cramps and jolty pain, and im wondering if any of you have an idea of what happened or if this has ever happened to any of you.

Im a little worried that i had a rip or something occur and I really dont want to go to the hospital tonight because I am feeling very exhausted and crappy.

THIS SUCKS

pale stools normally mean a lack of bile doesn't it? Is it possible the pain could be from something not related to your Crohns? like gall bladder etc?
