Sorry you're having such a rough time.
I think a liquid diet is a good idea for bowel rest, however IMO the types of liquids you are having are not the right ones. If I were having them, I would have major problems too.
I would suggest you stay away from gatorade, tomato soup, dairy, yogurt (which is dairy), and any fruit smoothies too. Alot of these things are loaded with HFCS, and between the dairy, lactose, and casein those could certainly be problematic as well.
When I go on liquid diet, it is a high protein liquid diet, consisting of a very high quality whey protein (from grass-fed cows, no hormones, and no antibiotics) shakes made with almond milk (you can see from my sig), and I'll have 4-5 a day. And also drink lots of water.
Then long term, after you've given your bowels some rest for a few days, you can go back to some foods but still IMO stay away from gluten, dairy, and wheat.
