how long till my diaherra stops. I went for a colonoscopy today he said inflammination is almmost gone but I still have diaherra, I was so out of it I didnt get a chance to talk to dr. Im on endocort, three pills for 8 weeks, mmm then 2 then 1.

I'm on entocort and tapering it myself too. This is my 5th on Entocort, so my GI decided I have to taper it to 3mg one day and 6 mg the other day for a month. Honestly speaking, I noticed that since I started to taper Entocort, D increased. I feel it's the same like tapering pred and I have dizziness and fatigue as I used to have while tapering pred. I will observe things and if I get sure that Entocort's decrease causes D, I'll increase it and I'll keep you posted.

I had severe brusing so my docs had me taper off. After several months of severe d, my gastro put me back on 3 mm daily. It took about a month to settle down, but now I am feeling great. Good luck!!
