I'm looking for answers. I'm going through some mental whatnot right now and having a lot medication changes. Minor crisis's and generally just feeling bad. But the worst part is my stupid stomach and intestines want in on the game too. It's making it harder to recover. It's muddling things up. Stress flair up. SO I'm looking for a way to stop the weeks of grumbly tummy, diarrhea and always feeling like I need to go, preferably in beverage form ao I can kill to birds with one stone. But I cant find anything but the same crap about yogurt and probiotics online. Neither settle well with me. I need calm and repairing. Any ideas?
