confused and scared

There are many reasons for an upset tummy. Most are not crohn's related. If it goes on for weeks or months, see a gastroenterologist.
What are your symptoms and how long has this gone on? Have you talked with your doctor about this?

the symptoms ive been having are sever stomach pain for weeks, no apatite, diarria, fever, rely tired,rapid weight los, and if i do eat my stomach hurts extermly bad for hours, and ive been having migranse, getting dizzy. so sory about the spelling.

I'm glad that you are going to go to the doctor. I want to warn you to make sure to advocate for yourself or bring a really good friend or family member with you. Sometimes when one is sick, their lab results don't match up to what they say they are feeling and so the doctors will dismiss what you say and you'll feel crazy and frustrated. Be persistent. you know something isn't right with you. don't stop until you get an answer. also, don't give up, sometimes, they have to do lots of tests to figure out what it is. The reason why I'm telling you this is because when I went to the ER I had a 104.7 fever. Never had bowel troubles such as bloody diarrhea, no weight loss, etc. All I knew is that I had the worst side ache of my life and I felt really cold. I had gotten my appendix out when I was 19 (I was 35 at that time) and so I knew i didn't have appendicitis but the fool ass surgeon kept saying that he wanted to operate. I would not sign the paperwork. Lucky for me, I worked in the ER so one of the doctors there decided to keep me overnight for observation even through all the other doctors there said nothing was wrong physically with me. 5 days later, during the colonoscopy they saw the lesions and so that is how I got my diagnosis. That was in 2007. I flared again this Oct 2011. All my labwork was normal even though I was in extreme pain and felt sick to my stomach. again no bloody diarrhea but I did have diarrhea for a couple of days (i'm one of the ones who are more constipated than diarrhea). I went to 2 different emergency rooms and they ran multiple tests. nada. I kept at it and FINALLY in Dec 2011 my lab work started showing abnormal. I finally pulled out of that flare and started feeling better this past February. I got stuck on prednisone for 3 months, they tripled all my meds, and I had to have a procedure called a TAP to block the nerves in my side because the pain receptors got fried from firing from 2007 to now.
