So prochymal the stem cell therapy developed by Osiris therapeutics has been approved in Canada for Graft vs Host disease in children. Am I now assuming prochymal for Crohn's disease use will not be far behind, Is this too big an assumption to make??

Cool, this is exciting for the sick kids that this will help and also for us cronies who are waiting for safer and more effective drugs!!!! Thanks for sharing!
