Worried about seton stitch + ostomy, new bf

Hi, I've had a seton stitch for 2 years, running between my anus and bottom of my vaginal area. Is vaginal even a word? anyway, I also have an ilestomy and Im really worried about how my new, shall we say, love interest will react? He knows I have crohns and stuff and I kinda told him about my ostomy but i dont think he really got the full implications of what i was saying. I dont even know why he's interested in me, Im scared that if i show him my ostomy and stuff he'll run for the hills. How do i tell him about my seton? I should tell him before we get to the lets-have-sex stage? Its been weighing me down for days now, he lives 40 miles from me so we webcam alot. Should i just like... flash him my stomach? Im actually freaking out and want to cry and stuff, lol. Am I over thinking this?
