colorectal help or advice please fistulas and abscesses

Hi all

I am a 31 year old male with a history of perianal abscesses and Fistulas. It started nearly 6 years ago with 1 abscess near the anal ring and it became so big it burst. I had the normal operation to cut and drain it, from then on it got worse and since that time i have had 13 abscesses cut out and the last 3 have moved from the anal passage to the left bum cheek. its now 5 weeks since my last abscess, in 2010 they found a fistula which was located somewhere in the anal canal and i had a seaton put in for 2-3 months to allow the puss to drain. another abscess came up and the surgeon removed the fistula and abscess at the same time. from then to September 2011 i had many abscesses and later had another scan which revealed another fistula on the lower sphincter muscle. i had another seaton put in but this time it was for 6 months and then eventually i had this opened up and allowed to drain. this was operated on in February 2012 and since then i have had 3 new abscesses on the left bum cheek close to my hip area. on the last abscess they found a track from the lower bowel and all options such as diabetic and Crohn's disease have been ruled out. Have many people suffered with things like this and would it be possible for advice. I'm currently waiting for next operation on 27th of this month for another set of cameras and to try and sort all the scar tissue out.
