This is the first time I have had this problem...severe pain across low front...and then feel like diarrhea but its nothing but mucous..no movement for 2 days...has anyone a ideal what is going on...???getting worried

Maybe rectal inflammation. That's what happens to me, anyway. This is called proctitis and is usually treated with mesalamine and/or steroid enemas.
