Need opinions

Hello.

I am hoping that I might get some help from those of you with more experience with this disease. I was diagnosed Jan 11 - but have had issues for many years. I have been feeling pretty bad the last two weeks. I am beyond tired, have gone to work but am struggling greatly. I have also been experiencing nausea which is at its worst in the morning (there is NO way I am pregnant), but somewhat persistent all day. I have slept away most of the last 2 weekends and am still exhausted. My eyes looked like I have been punched. The thing is - I am have no major stomach/bathroom issues. By the way I have Crohn's in my large intestine - take 4 Lialda a day.

I felt a lot like this when I was flaring - but was in the bathroom all the time. Does this sound like something that will pass if I give it time? Should I call my GP? Still trying to figure out how all of this works.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I am also newly diagnosed with Crohn's - December, 2011. I was exhausted for YEARS. I would have breakfast and need a nap. Lunch, another nap. And not a 20 minute power nap - hours. Felt like all I did was sleep and I was getting depressed. Started on Pentasa and after a few month, not nearly as tired. But I still need one nap a day - not as long as in the past. Is being really tired part of this? Not anemic and I am taking B-12 vitamins.
