Liver detoxification?

The whites of my eyes have been a little yellow lately and I have been super tired. I am seeing my doctor next week and going to see what he says but I was thinking of doing a natural liver detoxification or cleanse. Has anyone had experience with a specific cleanse that works?

Mainstream medicine regards these "liver detox/cleansings" as quackery.

Wait until you see your doctor, get a liver panel blood test done, and go from there.
