Thinking about Getting A New GI Doc

I have moved to Texas from Chicago and have been seeing a new GI doc for almost 2 years in the Texas area who I like.  But lately, our relationship has become, how can I say this...a little testy?  It feels like I'm just going around in circles with the guy. I'm suffereing acute severe inflamation in the rectal area that is causing me tremondous pain.  It actually feels like razor blades coming out whenever I use the bathroom, which happens about 10-15 times a day.  I called today to get my pain-pill prescription re-filled and he told me that he won't refill the prescription because Hydrocodone causes constipation and that isn't good for me so to take liquid Advil instead, which won't do anything for me.  I've also been in a pretty bad flare for a year now and things haven't really gotten any better.  Do you think it's time for me to find another GI doctor?  Like I said, I like the guy but it feels like I'm just going around in circles here.

Advil is known to make things worse with Crohn's. I think you at least need a second opinion.
