Middle abdomin under belly button near bladder feels bruised when moving suddenly.

I notice my insides below the belly button near the middle feel bruised when I stop at the Landon on the stairs, I typically walk quickly down the stairs so there is a jiggle. No discomfort ti I hit the bottom or suddenly shift my weight while walking. I have had a bit of a testicle ache for a few months off and on. Was bad for a eek and disappeared again until I started my office job and now I'll notice it in my left scrotum sometimes. Not bad, like a slight muscle ache not o. He testicle but in the groin region. I have Chrons disease and have loose bowel mo Emerson three or four times a day so I'm thinking the jiggle ruined feeling may be related to irritated intestine since I feel no pain resting. I checked and so did my GP for lumps on my testicles and found nothing, as well as for hernia. Nothing. Perhaps my insides are just not happy this morning? When I press ion the center of my abdomin, under the belly button, it's tender but no lumps anywhere to be found.

Sorry for the rambling in just at a loss here and posting from m phone so it's hard to get things organized.

I'm just concerned because I don't have "resting" pain. I may just be bruised and paranoid. Well, you all know im paranoid.

Will, if you are getting scoped in two weeks, then try to focus away from the pain and not focus on it. If something is wrong, your doc will find it, and worrying won't help you figure it out any faster. I know it's easy to say and hard to do sometimes. I hope all goes well with your colonoscopy.
