Abdominal pain due to crohns disease

When people talk about crohns the first thing they mention is abdominal pain. I am wondering what type of pain is it and what part of the abdominal. I have been having a discomfort on my lower left AB right under where the belt would be by the pelvis bone and was wondering if that is a symptom of crohns disease.

I have not had any of the other symptoms posted online by my doctor diagnosed me with a mild form of the disease after a colonoscopy. She saw an ulcer and said couple of other blood tests suggest that i have the disease. I would rate my pain max a 3 out of 10 and often the pain shifts to my back exactly on the opposite side?

I got couple of other opinions on the video of the colonoscopy and they said I don't have the disease and may have been a false positive. Not sure what I should do. Any thoughts or ideas would be highly appreciated. Thank you

A diagnosis is extremely important, as well as having tests to rule out Crohn's disease. Within the responses in that thread, that should give you a great idea of what should be done at this point. If you still have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.
