For the first time in six years I broke out the heating pad...

Six years I have had it stowed away in the closet but I cramped for the first time in six years today. I hope it has to to with me using a different fiber tablet than normal. I usually get the off-brand walmart kind as they are gentle but had to get the name brand with pro-biotic because it was all they had and wouldn't open a new case for me as it wasn't time for stocking or something stupid. It feels just like a CD attack in my mid section. Send me some good vibes and lets just hope the cramping is due to my body not liking these fiber tabs. They made me really crampy and gassy Wednesday but didn't hurt me yesterday. Three tablets at lunch and no BM since so it may be just rough on my system. Just ranting. Move along.
