Body aches and lack of energy - I can't resist any more

In the last visit to my GI, I was prescribed complex B. injections to boost my energy. When I took the first injection, I felt energetic. Of course, I know that this is the placebo effect. But I could run a lot of errands and pack some of my belongings as we are moving to another place. Yesterday, I had to take the second injection. Away before it's time I felt severe body aches and fatigue. So, I took it but there wasn't any improvement. I fell asleep when I was watching TV. Today, I'm staying in bed and can't move. I have to move, to drive my family and I have a lot of work but I can't resist any more. BTW, my food isv restricted coz of gastritis.
Any advice will be highly appreciated.

Thanks, Carmen. Do you suffer from anemia? Are your B levels normal? Many years ago, when I used to complain to my doc about fatigue and muscle aches, he used to tell me to increase my food intake and take less meds. Being in a flare up, this is not feasible for me at the time being. May be it can work for you.
