My now 10 yr old daughter has complained of stomach pain since she was 5. It stopped for a few years and at the age of 9 came back. Now, not only does she complain of stomach pain, but pain in her legs and chest and trouble breathing. She is seeing a pulmonologist, who thinks it may be mild asthma. We've taken her to the ER on some occasions because she says that she can't catch her breath and that it feels like her throat is closing. Her GI says it might be Crohn's. I've read about the disease recently and it seems that my daughter has had a lot of the same complaints as people suffering with the disease. Don't know what to make of it. Advice anyone?
