How long have you been on the Asacol? Where is your CD located? Asacol is a very mild CD med and is not always effective, especially if your CD is localized only in the small intestines. You may want to discuss switching meds with your GI if you are not feeling better.

i go back nov 14th.... he is also sending me to a back dr.. when i lay on my rt side fills like im laying on a ball in my back....my blood sugar has been 78 to 102 so thats fine i have cut out all the cokes and i drink tea maybe twice a week...... 

Leek, joint pain is pretty common with inflammatory bowel disease. You should go back to your DR and tell him how you're feeling. Pentasa and Asacol are pretty much the same med; Pentasa works higher up in the bowel and both are about as effective as any other similar medicine, but if you're still having diarrhea, or poor appetite, or low blood iron, or any other Crohn's symptom, this kind of medicine may not be enough for you. Also, sulfazine, the drug I mentioned, is particularly good at treating joint pain from Crohn's. But you need to talk to your DR about it.
