Our Doctor is recommending this for our Daughter. We're not sure of giving this with Crohn's. Niether our Dr. or GI, seems to be totally sure if it's okay to take the vaccine, especially considering the use of immunosuppressants. 

Does anyone have any experience?

I don't have any experience with taking the HPV vaccine. I do know that it is neither a live, nor 'dead' vaccine. It is an engineered vaccine made with bits of protein from the virus. Therefore, it cannot cause any illness.
It is actually recommended for people who are immune suppressed, and some may need an increased number of doses in order for it to prompt a sufficient immune response (which is necessary.)
Some people can get an allergic reaction to a vaccine (any vaccine), but that doesn't appear to relate to having Crohns or being immune suppressed.

It is supposed to be safe for "immunocompromised" patients.

I had the vaccine just before I was diagnosed with crohns...

I suggest getting the vaccine. Everything I have heard about it says it is safe for immune suppressed people.

I had HPV, and it is believed by my gyno and gastro docs, that me being on TNF blockers and immune suppressants kept my body from fighting it, which led to pre cancerous cells with in 6 months after having the initial spot removed, which apparently doesn't usually happen. (It was at the stage just before cancer) I ended up needing a hysterectomy.

Your daughter is young. You have to think of the long term affects of not getting the vaccine.

I'm actually just about to get the HPV vaccine! I'm 17 and I was diagnosed in 2006. Luckily my Crohn's has been controlled recently. My GI and my regular physician both recommended it to me, they said I shouldn't have any major side effects and that it's better to get the shot than to not get it.I hope I helped!
