I don't know what you mean. What kind of sulfer were you taking? I take a mesalamine (balsalazide, the generic of colazal) and also sulfazine (which ultimately breaks down into a sulfa and a mesalamine).  If this is what you were taking then yes, you can safely take them together.

There are many systems affected by Crohn's disease. If your disease is not controlled you could be dehydrated, anemic, low vitamin D, malnourished, fatigued, etc. etc.

Some of the medications have side effects, too, so you do have to be on the lookout for some things. I'm not sure dizziness is one of them.

Dizziness can definitely be a reaction to Asacol (and other sulpha meds) I'm extreamly allgeric to them, Asacol actually almost killed me, a few hours taking my first dose of 4 pills, I broke out in a full body rash, chills, sweats, severe headache and DIZZINESS along with nausea...report your experiances ASAP to your doc.
