Ringworm and Humira??

Hi everyone,

I just discovered what I believe is ringworm on my upper arm...it's itchy and has a red ring around it. I am about to go to the store and buy some anti fungal cream, but I was worried about it getting worse/me not being able to take my Humira due to this (with it being an infection and all). I'm scheduled for my Humira shot Friday. Anyone else have experience with this? Just kinda concerned since my immune system is already low. Should I go to the doctor or take the over the counter anti fungal cream? Thanks :)
