Do I have Crohns?

Last year I had an emergency Laparotomy for a surgery gone wrong which led to internal bleeding.
Ever since then I have had nothing but problems.
Symptoms are...
Bloating
Lower Right Abdo pain
Bubbling feeling in the lower right Abdo
Nausea
Stomach cramping
Constipation (getting major blocks)
On the other hand I have also had D, but it was like constipated D.
Sometimes it feels as if I am digesting bones..Strange feeling
Stabbing pains in my abdomen.
etc etc etc

It is so frustrating. I might have a week where I am sweet and think nah I'm good. Then it comes back and I'm back to feeling utter crap.

I am waiting for an appointment with a gastro but does this sound familiar to anyone?
I went to a nutritionist, thinking something was upsetting my stomach. After she went through my detailed food diary she couldn't pinpoint anything and said with my symptoms is sounds like Crohns.

Any information would be fantastic.
Has anyone had these type of symptoms?

Re your thread title: nobody can diagnose you with Crohn's over the net. With those symptoms, I'd say it certainly could be Crohn's, but you need tests to confirm it: colonoscopy with biopsies taken at the least. If you do have Crohn's disease, it sounds like it's in the terminal ileum judging from where the pain is located. It's possible you may have a stricture (narrowing due to inflammation or scar tissue) causing the nausea, cramping, and bubbling feeling.

I have the Gastro appointment next week and I am anxious to find out what is going on. Was curious to see if anyone else here had anything similar to what I am experiencing.

Another possibilty is adhesions causing your gut problems. Some people that had abdominal surgery then tend to make adhesions where organs get "stuck" together. After a complete GI exam, if nothing is found, I would then ask if adhesions could be causing your problems.

Hi Ides,

Unfortunately I do have adhesions. I have actually had two lots of internal bleeding which had caused adhesions. My Gp thinks there is more to it, thus the gastro visit.
