SINCE 9-6-12 Have had naseua, abdominal pain across all
quadrants, blood in stool, and low grade fever of 100.0. had blood work every 2
weeks, lipase always low at 12(normal for lab 24-52). wbc percentages always
off lymphocites 52% high, neutraphils 43% low.
glucose average 105. crp 6.5.
endoscope biopsies show patchy areas of cronic gastritis and duodenitis, h. pylori
negative. no use of drugs, nsaid's, smoking or drinking in history. placed on
nexium.
colonoscopy biopsies- lymphoid aggregates noted in large
intestines, and prominent lymphoid hyperplasia of terminal ilieum. no polyps,
tumors, diverticuli, parasites, or fissures found. No active imflammation at
time of colonoscopy, sed and crp back to normal, and fever gone .4 weeks later
did camera pill study of small bowel- told normal
hida sacan- 39%-good.
ultrasound of organs - clear.
11-21-12. . Fever and pain came back with a vengeance day
after colonoscopy ,103.5 and felt like being beat with a bat in the stomach.
Hospitalized until fever dropped to 101 degrees.for fear of perforation from super fast 13 min colonoscopy(dr didnt even wait till i was under to start, pain kept me awake through entire procedure) did ct scan w/ contrast,no perforation but shows tiny
low density liver lesion on right hepatic dome--possibly cyst. cbc w/
differential still consistant with original findings. lipase still low.
potasium was low, and most counts near bottom end of normal.
GI doc tells me everything is normal, but I dont feel right.
fever finally broke and been running normal temp since 12-18-12. found out
results of biopsies and ct by looking at my own medical records. doc always
said everything was normal. and possibly ibs. symptoms do not lesson with bm.
and constantly have hyperactive bowl noise. 3-5 bm a day, stetorrea, and
unprosessed food(excluding corn). Been having pain when any pressure applied to
left or right sides. Been slleping on my back proped up, unable to lay on
sides. only been fully conscience once where i could talk to him, but he left room very quickly, and doesnt seem to care. and was offended that i pulled my records and was questioning his medical opinion. 
not sure what is going on with me.
any imput would be appreciated and should i seek a secound
gi doc?
