Anyone ever take Entocort for less than the rec 8 week dosage? I asked the other day abotu nursing on Entocort. I am hopign to go off of it. I am still uneasy about
nursing while using it. I have a doc apt Tuesday. I started it Friday and I seem to be doign better. Any thoughts?

Go to infantrisk.org and read about
the [very miniscule] risk of nursing on entocort.
Then talk to your DR about
options. What you want is for the entocort to put you in remission and then you can maintain that remission with 5-ASAs. I don't know if 8 weeks is the right amount of time, but I'm sure that 3 days is too little.

Just started 3,2,1 a day step down, each group will be 3 weeks. I have done less for a shorter time 4 weeks in the past. remember every one is different. I'm a guy and 54. If you have concerns speak to your Dr.s.
