Diet before a colonoscopy?

Can anyone help me? I have a colonoscopy this coming Friday and i have lost the instructions for what i can and can't eat

You should call your GI's office. Every colonoscopy prep is a little different, so you should find out what you have been prescribed and your specific instructions. Generally you follow a liquid diet the day before your prep day....but please call, as you will get very specific instructions

it's usually all clear liquids the day before a colonoscopy.

i usually do just liquids for 3 days before and then i don't have to do a prep. works way better for me since i hate drinking that crap.
