Hi everyone!
What supplements, vitamins, protein shakes do you take/drink and where do you buy them? My pharmacist also recommended I try aloe vera (is it a drink or a pill?).
Currently I take: 2000 units of vitamin D, 500g of Calcium, one a day vitamin gummies (and/or Flintstone vitamin chewables), and I've recently started to bloat, so I'm trying garlic to see if that helps.
