Trauma to abdomen?

Hi all.. Long time no post.. I hope everyone is doing well.. I have a question. Has anyone ever experienced a major change in Crohn's symptoms after a trauma to your abdomen? ex. I was in a car wreck in 2010 and since then my symptoms have gone from D all the time to going back and forth from major C and D. It is a flip of the coin as to what I am going to get. Then in 2011 I had to have an emergency appendectomy (my appendix had actually gangrened) so there was some more trauma to my intestines. anyway. I can't figure out what to do cause I never know what kinda day my tummy is going to have. Any advice is appreciated.
