"Comment: Although anti-TNF therapy does not appear to be associated with excess Herpes Zoster [HZ] risk, the incidence rates in this study for patients taking either anti-TNF drugs or nonbiologic DMARDs is higher (as expected) than that of the general population, which underscores the importance of immunization to prevent HZ in such patients before they initiate therapy."
