I had my gallbladder removed last year and felt ok for about
a month but same symptoms steadily came back and feel the same as before. Now, I have just been diagnosed with Crohn's Disease. My question is, Could my gall blabber have been removed mistakenly and crohn's being the real problem?

Crohn's disease can lead to gallbladder problems, so my guess is that the reverse is true - your undiagnosed Crohn's disease probably affected your gallbladder.
I welcome you to the forum. There are lots of people here ready to answer whatever questions you have. I hope you are feeling better and getting good treatment.
