Well, this cereal is a huge problem for me. Lots of pain and gas, lots and lots. Who knew? Back to the breakfast drawing board.

I agree with gumby44 it has to much fiber.

I actually can't handle any cereal that has 4g fiber or higher per serving. Most of the time 3g or higher is still too much. I know sugars are bad for some, but the sweet cereals are now my snack as long as they have not been "fortified" with fiber. I live for Capn Crunch and Life and the bland days on chex. I found Quisp back!!!! It is low fiber and tastes less sweet than Capn Crunch

Yeah, I didn't think about
the fiber thing, and got my wake-up call. It has been a long few days, but it seems to have finally moved through my system.
