If not crohn's, then what?

Hi all,

I have chronic diarrhea for the past 2 months. GI initially thought it was crohns or celiac, but both came back negative today in my colonoscopy and scope through the mouth ie everything there normal.

I also have a high bilirubin count, as well as in the past couple days a pain in and around to the right my belly button, and my belly button has become bruised on the inside.

I have a liver ultrasound coming up, however does anyone have any what it could be that is wrong with me? I'm a 33 year old relatively healthy male with no other issues other then dry eye I developed 3 months ago and a post nasal drip a few years back...don't know if they're related.

Any help would be appreciated...

I hope your GI also ordered a stool test. I had Salmonella once and they thought for sure it was a Crohn's flare and the high dose Prednisone made everything worse. It took several months before they finally ordered a stool test. You may have some sort of bacterial infection causing the D.
