Benadryl

My allergies are horrible this time of year so I usually end up taking something for it and for the past couple days I've taken Benadryl. I usually don't take it because of the tired factor but I got the non drowsy one. Well...I've just noticed the past few days my stomach actually feels sorta non-bloated...almost skinny feeling. I don't know if it's a fluke or what but I'm loving it! Anybody take allergy med's and noticed this? just wondering?

You could be dealing with a food allergy on top of the Crohn's. My daughter has many allergies and tells me symptoms can be similar to Crohn's symptoms. Benadryl shouldn't hurt you unless you do have constipation/obstruction issues. It never bothered me gut-wise. Just makes me groggy. Glad it helped you. -Joy
