I've heard of ANA antibodies, but I'm not familiar with them. Thought they were the antibodies which sometimes build up against Remicade, tbh :-/
Try to find out what unit of measurement your aunt's GI office used for CRP if you can, 'cos if it was different to mg/L she may be used to smaller numbers (by a factor of 10).
My highest CRP was 350 (mg/L) and you better believe I was in hospital >_>. Colon had gone rogue. Seriously ill, atrocious pain, sky-high fevers. IV steroids kicked in like a hero until I fell ill again. Another hospitalisation, extremely high CRP, more steroids, rinse and repeat a few more times until I eventually gave in and just had the colon removed.
Anyway, yeah. CRP of 86 is still very high. When did you start the Humira? Because if it was 3 or more months ago, I'd be onto your doctors straight away for a change of treatment plan.
