Had no Imuran for over a week & half what to do?

Hi all,
I haven't taken any Imuran for over a week & half due to GP surgery error and their opening times over the Christmas holidays I managed to get the script today but can I just start it again? If so do I take the full dose of 100mg or start with 50mg like I did when I first started it? Any advice please x

If you tolerated 100mg before, you can re-start with the full 100mg dose and it should be no problem.

If that bothers you (nausea or similar side effects) then you can back off to 50mg and re-start a little slower.
