Ok, deep breath! I do know that many medications can raise and lower certain levels in your body. I am going thru the same thing right now. I just got my labs back and they are all over the place. Leveled that have been constant are all of a sudden high and low. The drs biggest concern is my liver readings. They were elevated and I am trying hard not to panic. I talked to my sister last night (she is a nurse practitioner) and she read my lab work and said well there are numerous reasons why your elevations could be high. Your meds are probably first and foremost, just even having crohns puts a strain on your body. I am also about forty pounds overweight which can also affect those readings believe it or not. I have an apt with my gastro dr next Wednesday so after my fifteen minutes of panic crying and convincing myself I am dying I kicked myself and I am determined I will NOT worry about it until then. I had complete blood work done in October and my kidneys and liver were fine then so my suspicion is the entocort. My blood sugar is up to and I never have high blood sugar. My rate is always at fasting level even when I have eaten.
My bilirubin was up too so I am right there with you. Try not to worry but I would reach out to your dr just to be sure they are aware. I never assume anyone has done what the logical thing would be. It wouldn't hurt to follow up. I'll keep fingers crossed for both of us!
