By 'IBD' do you mean ulcerative colitis?
A sigmoidoscopy really isn't a good test for Crohn's, as it doesn't reach the area where Crohn's most commonly resides: the terminal ileum and caecum (start of the colon). Although if you'd had active UC, it would have spotted that.
I'm guess the blood tests were for serological markers, AKA the Prometheus test. Those results don't seem worth the paper they're written on; I wouldn't set any store by them.
I would get checked again, but ask for a colonoscopy and perhaps a CT scan as well. The pimple sores could be relevant, but I don't know I'm afraid.
