I was not in a flare up

Hello,

Here is an update on my CD.

A few weeks ago I suffered from various symptoms like sweating at night, nausea, dizziness, loss of appetite, brain fog etc. I thought I was in a flare up. I underwent an upper and a lower GI endoscopy. I got the result today. The doctors have found nothing. My small and large intestine look good.

I eliminated gluten a few days ago which in turn eliminated symptoms like easy bruising or scratches in the palm, dizziness etc.; peanuts which removed symptoms like pain in and around mouth, tooth enamel pain etc.; and finally sugar and processed foods which eliminated symptoms like joint pain etc. I'm feeling 80% fine at the moment.

I eat SCD coconut bread for breakfast and drink SCD yogurt shake through out the day. The only thing I have to replace is rice to get completely on SCD.

Thanks for your reply. I've been a mystery to my doctors. I was admitted immediately to the hospital the day after I had lost 3 liters of blood in the GI tract bleeding. The doctors could not find any bleeding spot. They thought the blood would be evaporating. They planned to send me to a research hospital, but finally found an inflammation in the terminal ileum and diagnosed me with CD.

After almost 10 days of food elimination I'm seeing improvements. I think I know my body better now. I posted because it could help someone as well.
