I've noticed many out there have severe itching of the ankles with a rash and want to let you know what worked for me. A post I noticed somewhere recommended topical use of APPLE CIDER VINEGAR, I had a bottle of RAW, unfiltered apple cider vinegar so I used it. I just soaked some into a paper towel and vigorously rubbed it into the skin where the rash was, once in the morning and once before bed. I repeated this daily (twice a day) for about a week or maybe 10 days and the started using a lanolin cream my wife picked up for me, also vigorously applying twice a day. IMMEDIATELY The itching stopped and the rash quickly disappeared. Actually the itching became quite tolerable even after starting the vinegar application. The lanolin creme is called "WOOL WAX CREME" it is made in Montana by Marcha Labs, inc PO box 186 Terry Montana 59349. (I am in no way affiliated with this company). I hope this will help some of you.
