Dave--yup, standing up on the leg helps some of the time. Sometimes though I need the hot wet water on my leg to get it to release...or some aspercreme helps pretty quickly.
Babe - you mentioned that most fruits and vegetables are high in K...that's the problem...I don't eat those as the fiber content is much too much for me. That's why I am looking for options that are not listed in the "top 15".
kazbern - the yoga I was doing does help, but when I get really low on K, I still get the cramps. They are not all at night. I even get them sitting still at my desk.
It looks like I am sticking with bananas. Thank goodness for Gerber...I can bring a jar to work and I don't have to worry about them going bad as quickly.
