Feel I got fever but thermometer reads 37.2 ° C

You need to know what your "normal" temperature is in order to compare. I think that's equivalent to 99.2 F which is a low grade, but very low grade fever. Greenish nasal discharge sounds more like a sinus infection than GERD to me, but maybe it can get better on its own. You should try to avoid antibiotics if at all possible. I've never heard of greenish nasal discharge from tapering Prednisone...but maybe the Pred has lowered your resistance and you have a virus or bacterial infection brewing. If you have sinus problems, you might want to consider a neti pot or sinus rinse...my son who has chronic sinus issues finds that helpful and he is able to ward off sinus infections. I think you might want to wait it out and see if you get better or worse before calling the doc, as I'd hate to see your GI system get all messed up from antibiotics if you can avoid it. These are just my ideas...I'm not a doc, so keep that in mind.

I get that quite a lot actually. Feeling run-down enough to think I might have a low-grade fever, but temperature is normal: although arguably 37.2 could be a low-grade fever if your normal temperature runs on the low side.

Gumby is right: nasal discharge sounds like a sinus issue. There is no point in calling your GI over it; it is not a GI issue. The netti pot is a good idea, and you should be able to buy one from any large chemist. It will clear out the gunk from your nose. If you have problems with congestion after that, consider using a nasal spray. I use Otrivine at night time, because my nose is too congested to breathe through otherwise.

I have a bad cold right now (no sinus infection) and my GI system is messed up too. That always seems to happen when I have a virus.
