commercial diving?

i get 28 day supplies of humira, so you'd have at least that long to work with. i'm sure you could get longer supplies if you really needed to, but you'd need to be pretty careful about keeping it refrigerated if you're gonna keep it for that long. Try calling the company that sells humira, ask them if that would be feasible. If it is, then you just pick up your supply once every couple of months and carry it with you. You should also ask about the legality of driving around with it- I can't imagine it being a problem, but you never know. People get weird about needles and biohazards.

As for keeping it refrigerated, honestly in a big rig that shouldn't be a problem. some of them come with fridges installed, and you can buy little car fridges. You'd want to always have a power source, though, which would mean either leaving it running or stopping at places that will sell you power for the night. i'd keep a few of the freezer brick things the humira comes with, frozen, just in case you do lose power... and you'd need a freezer for that, though I'm pretty sure they make those, too.

As for driving as a career choice, I hope you find some people with experience in the industry to give you a better idea of what you're getting into and how to go about it.

So...you peaked my curiosity.  Doesn't the change in pressure when diving impact how your guts feel?  I was just wondering.  The closest I got to scuba diving was Snuba on a vacation---totally cool until the eel showed up, then I remembered I am afraid of the water and its residents!  I was in a really good remission so I don't rem if it had an impact or not.

As for the Humira - I would see if you could use a national pharmacy that could handle you around the country, then see how long you might be out of the country if you have to handle that.

I was wondering if you could talk to a welder/diver on line or in your area for input - was wondering if bathroom issues would be a problem.  Hope you achieve the job of your dreams!
