Recurrent sinusitis headache: GERD, Imuran or a dental cyst?

The condition of having nausea, severe sinusitis headache and stomach pain have been recurrent these days. I get it 4 or 5 days/week. Sometimes it is associated w d. I can't say that d is new; it has always been my complaint.
I can't figure out what is causing this? I have been confirmed to have an oral cyst that is between the mouth and the sinus. According to the surgeon, it hasn't opened a path to the sinus yet. However, it necessitates a surgery for which I am not ready now.
My GI told me last time that I have IBS along w IBD. When I found that d returned as is, I stopped Rifaximin. Sometimes, there is rectal stabbing pain and my rectum is swollen, I take pentasa enema. Headache subsides but d and abdominal pain are severe. I have left side abdominal distention and my ileum hurts and there is abd pain after a bm. I have also pain in my stomach. Is this a flare up?
Once there was a post associating sinus headache w Imuran. I'm confused.

Jden, thank you very much. I'll modify my signature as I stayed for 7 months taking the generic azathioprine and it was totally ineffective.
My GI is abroad and he won't return before 10/5. I have to cope on my own till then.

but im going to go with JaSanne.. on the fungal overgrowth, many of these meds we take cause yeast/fungal overgrowth. she siad it right, youll get both cdiff and fungus. The mayo clinic in 1999 said over 90 percent of sinus issues are fungus related. For me I think this disease in general is caused by this and the other effects are the bacteria leaking in and then food proteins. Just my thoughts please no one get mad.. some get all flustered :)

you can ask your doc for 2 to 3 weeks of nystatin (antifungal drug) use it as a test... if you feel better you have a diagnoses. if you feel better you know what you have to do... read up on it.. what it eats how to lower it etc.

if you have the cash try the great plans lab.. youll get answers here doing the OAT test (organic acid test) looks at yeast toxins in urine and bacteria toxins in urine as well many other things

as well Do there COMP stool.. looks for 73 different bacteria , 48 yeasts ( GI doc and hospital dont look at yeast) and 22 parasites. the hospital and labs the normal GI uses for tests test maybe a handful of things.. after doing this it opens your eyes.

I did this and go lots of answers to what nasty overgrowth's of bacteria I had and the yeast screwing me up .. It cost me 645.00 but to me I got answers a direction to work from .. at what to kill and lower and what to build up( good bacteria)

your GP or somone has to sign off for you to get them but , they dont need to know how to read them , you read them your self, at the back it explains all the markers, as well you can talk to the lab for 30 mins to have them advise you... if you want more time you can pay.... it has greatly helped me

I've always had to live with the vaginal yeast infection cream at hand. I had a friend tell me years ago to use plain yogurt as a cream "down there". I don't know if it ever worked, but it was cooling straight out of the fridge!
