Hi, I have the same issue of putting on weight when I am not flaring. It sounds as though you are doing many things right as far as exercise and activity. You are fighting against the prednisone I believe which can be tough. How is your sugar intake? I know I am a sugar fiend which is not good so I have to watch that. Upping intake of veggies can help but I know it is hard with Crohn's. I find that emulsifying my fruits and veggies does wonders for digestion and being able to eat more veggies. I make smoothies with fruits, spinach, brocolli and they are filling, all natural and delicious. And I hate veggies
