So,

I want to get Remicade treatments but my insurance will only cover 50% of it and as you all know it's a very expensive treatment.

Do any of you have suggestions on which insurance plan I should be looking at to get better/complete coverage for this treatment?

I can't do the treatments if I have to pay that much out of pocket.

Have you checked to see if there is a patient assistance program from the drug manufacturer? It's been a few years since I've been on Remi so I can't remember if there is one or not. It's worth a try to see if you can qualify for reduced costs.

There is. I believe it's called Remistart and it can reduce your out-of-pocket costs to $50 per infusion.

What insurance do you have? Is it through work? Is it considered Minimum Essential Coverage under the Affordable Care Act? Do you qualify for Medicaid in your state?
